Since our establishment in 1933 as a manufacturer of bicycle chains, we have expanded our business into the fields of motorcycles, automobiles, industrial machinery and welfare equipment with the "enterprising spirit" inherited from our founder, developing into a global manufacturing company with offices in 11 countries.

The automotive industry, our core business, is currently undergoing a once-in-a-century transformation, and the changes are accelerating on a daily basis. In particular, the wave of electrification of automobiles, which is rapidly advancing against a backdrop of global issues such as climate change, is having a major impact on suppliers that have been manufacturing engines, transmissions, and their components.
Amidst a drastically changing business environment, our 12th mid-term management plan, which launched in 2021, is based on the slogan of "Giving shape to the future of conveying and transporting”. In order to boldly take on new markets, we will refine our EV technology and proprietary processing technologies cultivated in the course of manufacturing our products. In addition, we have also created a fundamental policy for sustainability and declared to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society, solving social issues through innovation as our most important task.
