About EcoCuum
Basic belt conveyors can basically only carry horizontal or gently sloping, but the EcoCuum can accommodate various layouts such as vertical, turn, and steep by adsorbing lightweight conveyed objects.
EcoCuum sucks air through a gap in the plastic module chain with a fan and creates negative pressure to transport the goods while adsorbing them.
About Plastic Module Chain
Plastic module chains are chains specially developed for vacuum transport. Our products have the property that the suction force is improved by tapering the holes on the suction surface, and then the performance of the vacuum conveyor can be improved on various aspects.

Examples of Layout
Surface inspection (camera)
Since the product inspection is performed by adsorbing the back surface of the product so as not to be displaced, the accuracy and stability of the inspection are improved.
Transfer
A mechanism that transfers from the front surface to the back surface or from the back surface to the front surface in a space almost equivalent to the thickness of the product.
Backside inspection (camera)
Since the back surface of the product is inspected by adsorbing the front surface of the product, a reversing machine or the like is not required and the line length can be shortened.
Selector
A mechanism that sorts out products that are determined to be defective by temporarily turning off the suction force.
